HOW CAN I PERSONALIZE A SPECIFIC PRODUCT?
We carry a wide range of personalized products. Angelo Gifts offers complimentary personalization on specific items. The format for personalization is shown on each item. Our complimentary personalization is only available in the font and format shown. No exceptions.
Angelo Gifts does not accept returns on items that have been personalized. All sales are final. Should you receive a personalized item that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours upon receipt of shipment and the same item will be replaced with the same personalization.
WHY CAN'T I ADD A SPECIFIC PRODUCT TO MY CART?
Your product may be marked as out of stock, unavailable to your location, or discontinued. For items marked as out of stock you can choose to be notified as soon as they come back in stock by sending an email to Customercare@angelogifts.com. And make sure to give us the appropriate details of the item you are inquiring about and contact information. Items that have been discontinued are no longer available.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
When you find a product you like, click on the image to view more details about the product. For many products you will be given a choice of colors or styles to allow you to customize these quality products for your wedding. Once you have selected the appropriate options, click the "Add To Cart" button to add the item to your shopping cart. The item will be added to your cart, and you will be given the option to continue shopping or to view the contents of your cart.
You may view your shopping cart at any time buy clicking on the shopping cart icon located at the top of each page or by clicking the "View Cart" link on each page.
When you view your cart you can change product amounts or remove products or personalization.
When you are completely satisfied with your order click "Proceed to Checkout". This will take you to our secure server where you can enter your payment and shipping options. All transactions are encrypted for your security.
After you enter your payment and shipping information, you will be asked to confirm your details and approve your order. Once your order is approved, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains your order details.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We cannot add to orders once processed, we will work with you for an additional order to be placed with a discount on shipping to second order.

WILL I RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION FOR MY ORDER?
You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order IF an email is provided in the order page. Please review your order details carefully and contact customer service immediately if you wish to make any changes. Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped from our facility, you will receive a second email containing UPS delivery and tracking information. Order and shipping confirmation emails are sent to the shipping email address.
WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Angelo Gifts accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal credit card payments. We also accept cashiers checks, money orders and personal checks. All orders paid for by personal checks will not ship until payment has been received and the check cleared.
WILL TAX BE CHARGED ON MY ORDER?
All orders shipped to destinations within the state of Illinois are charged 6.25% sales tax. Orders shipped to destinations outside the state of Illinois will not be charged sales tax.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Delivery of your items can take anywhere from 4-7 business days after ship date. Depending on your location and the shipping method you select at Checkout. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.
We recommend choosing "Express" Shipping for "Rush" Orders.

Yes we will ship anywhere worldwide. To view our international shipping rates .Each country handles imported goods differently. You will be responsible for any custom or duty charges that may be applicable.

CAN I SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?
Express orders can not be shipped to a P.O. Box address. All regular ground orders can be sent to a P.O. Box address. Orders being delivered to a P.O. Box can take an additional 2-3 business days to arrive.

Due to high temperatures between May 1 - Oct 1, we recommend all candles be shipped using our express method. Orders with candles may be delayed up to 5 business days. Any melted candles shipped by ground will not be accepted for returns.
